Website purchases (Razorpay)

Purchases made on our website are processed by Razorpay. Unless required by law, website payments for digital services are generally non‑refundable once access is provisioned.

For billing issues or exceptional cases, contact us via the Contact Form with order details. Where a refund is approved, processing times depend on the payment method and processor timelines.

Cancellations

Before access is granted, you may request cancellation via the Contact Form. After access is granted, cancellation may not be available due to the digital nature of the service, unless required by law.
